Many of the images on this website were taken in countries much 'poorer' in material terms than the UK (where I happen to live). I made a choice not to photograph poverty, desperation - these are worthy subjects for the news photographers. What I see & try to capture in my photos is the dignity, humanity & pride in every person I meet and every place I visit.
